This machine is a full hydraulic chuck rotary engineering drill, the weight of the whole machine is less than 7700kg. The rig can be operated automatically during construction. It can be used in general jet grouting and anchorage construction. The drilling rig is integral and equipped with tracked chassis, clamping shackle device and other components. The crawler chassis moves rapidly and is convenient for the centre hole position. It can realize multi-direction and multi-angle construction. The clamping shackle device and the automatic upload rod mechanism can automatically dismantle the drill rod and casing, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the disassembly efficiency.
MDL-185T crawler anchoring rig has stable performance, high efficiency, versatility, and the ability to drill complex formations and deal with accidents. It is equipped with common alloy bits and other drilling tools for rotary drilling; conventional spherical-tooth bits for impact rotary drilling and high-speed drilling hole in hard rock formations; and with air compressors and pneumatic DTH hammers, in unstable Strata such as gravel, the following pipe drilling tool can be used to drill hole with casing and increase the function of jet drilling.
